“All the emotions belong to the body and are only recognised by the mind."

About me

I am a registered and fully insured member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) of the UK. I had visited Craniosacral Therapists for over ten years after suffering with lower back pain. The introduction to this profound therapy took me on a journey of healing and self-discovery.

As a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, I help to facilitate the optimum conditions for the body as a self-healing and self-regulating mechanism; aiding in resourcing the system to better manage stressful or challenging situations, and treating long-standing or chronic conditions, along with fresh or new physical and emotional trauma.

“The body’s life is the life of sensations and emotions. The body feels real hunger, real thirst, real joy in the sun or snow, real pleasure in the smell of roses or the look of a lilac bush; real anger, real sorrow, real tenderness, real warmth, real passion, real hate, real grief. All the emotions belong to the body and are only recognised by the mind.”
